Updated Saturday, March 27, 2010
We’re moving to higher ground for the outdoor match on Sunday, March 28, 2010 due to soggy conditions on our normal lower range.
Stages were set up on Saturday morning on the upper range [near the club house] at the Lefthander’s Gun Club in Loami.
Tents, Tarps, Stages & Lunch
Due to the chance of rain, tents have been erected. Tarps have been put down to make picking up brass more efficient. Due to the “common firing line” at the upper range, the current plan is to set up two stages and rotate between them in order to shoot four stages and use two posses as we do when we shoot inside. The fifth stage will either be shot as one big posse or set up as two identical #5 stages. Lunch will be available for $5 at the club house during our lunch break. Beverages are 50 cents, available in the refrigerator.

Special Awards
For everyone who comes to the High Plains Shootout, there will be a special token awarded by the Match Director. Hope to see you there!
When shooting on the upper range, please do not use heavy or high-velocity loads. The Lefthander’s Gun Club has concerns about the threat of ricochets and slag being propelled off the property, towards the trap house or into the club house.
There may be fewer parking spaces than we’re used to having, so if you can carpool and use polite good sense when you park, we would appreciate it.
Hope to see you at the range…
