The match included a 4-stage Wild Bunch Match with 37 shooters on Thursday and a 10-stage Main Cowboy Match with 142 shooters on Friday & Saturday.
The event included a free Fish Fry, Cowboy Karaoke, 2 Lunches, and an Awards Night Pizza Party thrown in as well. If any shooters didn’t have a great day on the range, at least they could eat well and enjoy the company and entertainment.
Highlights include:
- Miss Weev was awarded 1st place in her category of Lady Silver Senior.
- Lt Dan and Lady Viper were two of 19 Clean Shooters in the Main Match and both of them got 2nd place in their respective categories of Gunfighter and Lady Wrangler.
- Don Jorge achieved 2nd place in Wild Bunch and was the sole Wild Bunch Clean Shooter. He also has the distinction of being the only shooter of 142 who hit every target [over 475 total] over three days of shooting both Wild Bunch and the Main Match, although due to a procedural, it’s wasn’t counted as clean for the Main Match.
